During the cryomaceration of the grapes before pressing, the de-stemmed berries are first cooled to a temperature of 3.14 °C, and only then are they fermented. This process takes place in Znovín's state-of-the-art facility in the cellar in Jaroslavice near Znojmo. Thanks to this, full, soft and rounded wines are born, sliding on the tongue, with notes of round garden fruits such as peaches, nectarines, apricots or summer apples. The wine is best enjoyed in larger, round glasses, in which its aroma and velvety quality stand out. It took several millennia to refine the constant that is associated with all things circular, round, and round. The first results were already achieved by the mathematician, physicist and philosopher Archimedes from Syracuse. Centuries later, his calculations were refined by the mathematician Ludolf van Ceulen. He would probably be surprised that the constant named after him found its way into the name of this wine. The label uses the work of the academic painter Josef Velčovský entitled Late collection from the Znovín painting collection in the Louck Monastery in Znojmo. The beauty and quality of the ripe grapes of the 2021 vintage, combined with the exceptional location of Weinperky, gave rise to a noble wine with attractive sensory characteristics of ripe peaches, raisins and honey. The wine is characterized by its fullness, purity and harmony of taste and will certainly be a decoration of any festive menu. Thanks to the glass cap, it will retain its freshness and condition for many years.
