A cocktail that has its roots in South Tyrol and is traditionally mixed with elderflower liqueur, Prosecco and soda or sparkling water. Hugo likes it best on ice in a wine glass. Then just mix 5 parts Prosecco, 3 parts elderflower elixir and add 2 parts sparkling water.
